They are also suitable for use with Limited Partnerships incorporated in some foreign jurisdictions, namely Cayman, Malta and Bermuda. Intermediary version of the Limited Partnership mandate (where the General Partner is a Company) where the signing arrangements point exclusively to the intermediary’s standard authorised signatory list.

Standard Limited Partnership mandate (where the General Partner is a Company) where there are non standard signing arrangements, e.g. the GP directors/managers have signing authority on their own or together with the intermediary’s own authorised signatories.
