Don't recognise a payment taken from your account?
There could be a number of explanations why you don’t recognise a payment taken from your account. Before you contact us, please consider if it could be:
- A payment to a company trading with a different name
- A regular debit or credit card payment
- A payment made by another cardholder on the account
- A free trial that has ended
If you still think the transaction is suspicious and may be fraudulent, please get in touch to report it.
