How to report fraud or a scam

Don't recognise a payment taken from your account?

There could be a number of explanations why you don’t recognise a payment taken from your account. Before you contact us, please consider if it could be:

  • A payment to a company trading with a different name
  • A regular debit or credit card payment
  • A payment made by another cardholder on the account
  • A free trial that has ended

If you still think the transaction is suspicious and may be fraudulent, please get in touch to report it.

Not happy with goods or services paid for by debit card?

You should always speak to the company you paid to try to resolve the issues. If they can’t or won’t put it right, you can report the problem to us by disputing the transaction.
