To register online

  • Go to 'Set up online banking' webpage. Select your customer type and let us know your banking details. If you don't have your debit card details, just leave this blank and choose 'Next'.
  • We’ll show you your unique customer number. Make a note of it as you’ll need it when you log in to online banking, register for the app or when you call us.
  • For security, we will send you a one time passcode to the mobile number we hold on file to verify your details. If your mobile number is incorrect, missing or you don't receive a code, you can request for it to be sent by post.
  • Go to the NatWest International website and click ‘Log in’ in the top right-hand corner. Have your activation code to hand.
  • After you enter your customer number and verify your activation code, the final step is to choose your memorable PIN and password which you will use to log in. We will never ask you for your full PIN or password after this point.

That's it, you've registered for online banking.
