Caring for a vulnerable person
If you're caring for a vulnerable person, you're most likely dealing with their financial affairs too. A Power of Attorney allows someone to appoint a person or organisation to manage their affairs if they become unable to do so.
In order to grant a Power of Attorney, it needs to be arranged while the grantor is still capable of making their own decisions. It also needs to be registered with us.
Struggling financially
We understand that sometimes people struggle financially. Bills can pile up and it’s difficult to make ends meet.
If you're worried about paying money back, your debt feels like a huge burden because you're spending more than you earn, you're struggling to pay your bills or several of your cards are at their credit limit then it's time to ask for help.
Dealing with separation or divorce
We’re here to offer help and support when you`re going through a difficult break up and need some practical guidance with your finances.
