Caring for someone with additional support needs
If you're caring for someone with additional support needs, you’re often managing their money too. A Power of Attorney allows someone to appoint a trusted person or organisation to act on their behalf if they're no longer able to make decisions themselves.
It must be set up while the person still has the mental capacity to make their own decisions, and it needs to be registered with us before it can be used.
Struggling financially
We understand that sometimes people struggle financially. Bills can pile up and it’s difficult to make ends meet.
If you're worried about paying money back, your debt feels like a huge burden because you're spending more than you earn, you're struggling to pay your bills or several of your cards are at their credit limit then it's time to ask for help.
Dealing with separation or divorce
We’re here to offer help and support when you`re going through a difficult break up and need some practical guidance with your finances.
