1. Log in to our mobile app
2. Select the ‘My profile' option using the person icon on the top left of the screen
3. Choose 'Manage your personal details'
4. Follow the onscreen instructions

• Your card reader which must be enabled
• Your mobile phone with the number held on your account

When you use online banking, we may send a One Time Passcode to your mobile phone. This verifies it’s really you so it’s important that we have the correct mobile number.

1. Log in to online banking
2. Select  the ‘Your details’ on the Account summary screen
3. Choose 'Update your address details'
4. Follow the on-screen instruction

1. Call telephone banking and you will hear an automated menu
2. Press option 2 if you hold your account with NatWest International
3. Press option 5 to go through to one of our team
4. A member of our team will guide you through the process

1. Complete, print and sign the form
2. Post or deliver the form to your local branch

If you need to change your address, you could always come into a branch and do it from there. Please make sure you bring your debit card as we’ll ask you to tap in your PIN to check that it’s you. The change will take place with immediate effect.

Your step-by-step guide

1. Log in to online banking
2. Select ‘Your details’ on the Account summary screen
3. Choose ‘Update mobile phone number’
4. Type in your new number into the 'New mobile number' box. Then retype it in the ‘Confirm your new mobile number' box and select ‘Next’
5. Make sure your number and country code are correct, then authorise the change using your card reader by following the on-screen instructions
6. As a security measure, once you have changed your mobile number you will need to re-register for the mobile app with your new number. You will have to wait 3 full calendar days before you can register for the mobile banking app. During this time, you will not be able to request a mobile banking activation code however you will be able to log in to online banking with your card reader if you’re asked to enter a One Time Passcode.
