Submit or manage a mortgage application

ONLY FOR USE BY MORTGAGE INTERMEDIARIES

Making it easier to submit and track cases

From 11th March 2025, we will be using NatWest Intermediary Solutions Broker Portal to make it simpler for you to submit and track cases with us. During the transition, you'll have access to the previous portal allowing you to manage any existing applications to completion.

  • New applications must be submitted and managed using the NatWest Intermediary Solutions Broker Portal
  • Applications submitted prior to 11th March must be managed on our previous Broker Portal

Submit or manage an application

To help you submit and manage existing applications, we have created guides outlining our common process.

Submit a new application

All new mortgage applications must be submitted via our Intermediary Broker Portal.

Once you have logged into the portal, you’ll be asked to select a brand. Please choose ‘NatWest International’.

Information Message

Mortgages are offered by The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited trading as NatWest International.

Managing existing applications

To amend an existing application, please review the customer’s application reference to confirm the Broker Portal to use.

  • If the application reference begins 'NWI', the submission was made using the previous Broker Portal.

Log in to previous Broker Portal

  • If the application reference begins '65', the mortgage submission was made using the NatWest Intermediary Solutions Broker Portal.

Once you have logged into the portal, you’ll be asked to select a brand. Please choose ‘NatWest International’.

Information Message

Before you can use our mortgage broker portal, you must register as a Mortgage Intermediary with NatWest Intermediary Solutions.
