In this section, you'll find the documents you require to progress a standard mortgage transaction with us in England and Wales. There are also documents which will only be required in certain circumstances.
You should refer to our instructions to be found in Parts 1 & 2 of the UK Finance Mortgage Lenders' Handbook (NatWest Bank) for conveyancers, the offer document, and the letter summarising those instructions for definitive guidance on what forms to use.
The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited is not a direct member of UK Finance. However a number of our Group entities are members and given that our Instructions to Solicitors in respect of residential transactions in England, Wales and Scotland is aligned to that of National Westminster Bank Plc, we are adopting National Westminster Bank’s Part 1, 2 and 3 of the Handbook EXCEPT for the sections set out below in our UK Finance Part 2 Addendum.

All new NatWest International mortgages must be completed in the name of Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited trading as NatWest International.
Please note that these forms are provided only for you to complete the appropriate transaction specific information online and to subsequently print off on a case by case basis. In order that the Bank can ensure that you are using the most up to date version in each transaction in which you are instructed, you are NOT permitted to save these documents to your own systems and unauthorised alterations are forbidden.

You can request a redemption statement for residential NatWest International branded mortgage accounts that start with "65" on the Legal Marketing Services Limited (LMS) Conveyancer Zone.

For mortgages beginning NBN, NBC, EXG, GUE, JER, IOM, BWG, SIN and SPR:
- Please submit a written request confirming the mortgage account along with confirmation you are acting for the borrower or with the borrowers authority, the expected date of a redemption and contact details we can use to send the statement at the contact point below:
