How to register for the mobile app

You will need:

  • Your online banking customer number
  • Your PIN and password
  • Your mobile phone (we’ll send you an activation code)

Your step-by-step guide:

  • Open the app and tap 'I already have an account'.
  • Read and accept the terms and conditions.
  • Enter your online banking customer number.
  • Enter the requested parts of your PIN and password.
  • Check and confirm that your mobile number is correct.
  • We’ll send you an activation code - enter it to proceed.
  • Choose and confirm a passcode for logging into the app.
  • Set your login preferences and app settings.

That's it. You’re set up to use our mobile app.
