Our free Financial Health Check is a review of your personal finances. It gives you helpful hints, tips and ideas to help you manage your finances, both now and in the future. 

You can complete an online review in under 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can book a video appointment or arrange to speak to someone over the phone or in one of our branches. These appointments usually last around 1 hour.

Video Banking Financial Health check

To book a Video Banking appointment, please visit your local branch and arrange a convenient time to speak to an advisor. Our Video Banking service is available Monday to Friday, 10am - 4pm.

When you book an appointment, we'll ask for your name, phone number, postcode and email address. These details help us identify you and are deleted after your appointment ends.

International Customers

If you are an existing International Personal Banking customer, or a potential customer who meets the minimum age, residency, balance and/or deposit requirements, we can offer you a Financial Health Check via video or telephone call.
