How to register for the mobile app
You will need:
- Your online banking customer number
- Your PIN and password
- Your mobile phone (we’ll send you an activation code)
Your step-by-step guide:
- Open the app and tap 'I already have an account'.
- Read and accept the terms and conditions.
- Enter your online banking customer number.
- Enter the requested parts of your PIN and password.
- Check and confirm that your mobile number is correct.
- We’ll send you an activation code - enter it to proceed.
- Choose and confirm a passcode for logging into the app.
- Set your login preferences and app settings.
That's it. You’re set up to use our mobile app.
