How do I order a new card to use in the card-reader?

Debit card

If you use your debit card with your card-reader and you need to order a new debit card please call telephone banking.

Online Banking card

To undertake certain actions on the Online Banking service you may have been provided with an Online Banking card to use. This can only be used in your card-reader on the Online Banking service and cannot be used in shops or for making payments on the internet.
