How do I change my alert preferences?

You can change your alert preferences any time you like using Online Banking:

  1. Log in to Online Banking at www.onlinebanking.natwestinternational.com (opens in a new window)
  2. From the main menu select 'Alerts'.
  3. From the 'Alerts' page, pick an account you wish to amend the alert settings on.
  4. Select the 'Account Alerts' tab to update any alerts specific to this account.
  5. By selecting the 'Activity Alerts' tab any changes made on this tab will apply to all of your accounts.

Please note: You may need your card-reader or your mobile app if you are registered for biometrics to confirm certain changes to your alert preferences.
