My card-reader does not display 'ENTER NUMBER', what should I do?
After successfully entering the PIN for your card into the card-reader, it should display the message 'ENTER NUMBER'.
If your card-reader displays the message 'ENTER REF' or 'ENTER AMOUNT' you have pressed the card-readers' Sign button by mistake.
Should your card-reader display a 'SECURE CODE', having not yet entered the authorisation number from 'Step 4', then you have pressed the card-readers' Identify button by mistake.
Please remove your card from the reader and start the process again. When the card-reader displays the message 'SELECT FUNCTION', ensure you press the Respond
