Who can open an ISA?

Cash ISAs are only available to UK residents who are aged 16 or over (18 years or over for Stocks & Shares ISAs).

Non-resident customers cannot subscribe to a new ISA, but can continue to hold any ISAs they subscribed to when they were a UK resident.
