How do I go paperless?

You can update your paperless settings using our mobile app or online banking.

 

Using online banking

To view your statements, on the main menu choose ‘Statements & transactions’. Under ‘Your statements’, select 'Statements'. Choose the account you want to view and download the relevant statement.

 

Using our mobile app

  • Log in to your mobile banking app
  • Tap on your profile icon (top left of screen)
  • Choose 'Settings'
  • Tap 'Paperless settings'
  • Select the paperless statements and other mail preferences for each of your accounts

To view your statements, from the home screen, select the account you want to view. Select 'Statements' to view or download the relevant statement.

 

You can choose to switch your account statements or mail back to paper at any time.
