How do I stop receiving text alerts?

You can change your alert preferences online any time you like.

To stop receiving text alerts:

1. Log in to Online Banking at www.onlinebanking.natwestinternational.com (opens in a new window)
2. Select 'Alerts' from the main menu.
3. From the 'Alerts' page, pick an account you would like to update your alerts.
4. Select the 'Account Alerts' tab to update any alerts specific to this account by selecting 'Off' from the drop down.
5. By selecting the Activity Alerts tab any changes made on this tab will apply to all of your accounts.

Please note: You may require your card-reader or your mobile app if you are registered for biometrics to confirm certain changes to your alert preferences.

You can also manage your alerts using telephone banking or by visiting one of our branches.
