You can also utilise your device security settings to prevent unauthorised access to your WhatsApp conversations. On Android and iPhone you can turn on the chat lock feature in WhatsApp to specific chats. In order to read or send messages, you will need to unlock your chat using your device authentication such as Face ID, fingerprint or a passcode that you can set up.
