Your card-reader should now be displaying the message 'ENTER NUMBER'.

Displayed in Step 4 on the online banking screen will be an 8 digit number.
Enter the full 8 digit number from Step 4 into your card-reader.

Once you've entered the number press the OK button on your card-reader.
